No. Individual coaching, study plan audits and procedure video reviews can all be delivered by secure video, and many clients work entirely remote. Clinical skills intensives are more effective in person because the consultant needs to observe positioning and movement directly, but a remote version is available when travel is not possible.
Bring the dates that matter, the rubric or blueprint your assessment uses, one chart or recording you are comfortable discussing, and the two questions you most want answered. You do not need to prepare slides or a formal case summary. The intake is a conversation, and the consultant will guide the structure.
